Cosigner Information
Commission Process:
You will earn 30% of your sales. Commision payments will be on Tuesdays. Payments will be made to consigners via Venmo or Check, whichever you designate.
Consignor Access Portal:
To better serve our consigners, we offer Ricochet GO. Ricochet GO is an online platform at
Bargain Boutique to provide our consignors with easy and convenient access to their account information. This portal serves as a central hub for you to manage your consigned items, track your sales, and view your payouts.
Through Ricochet GO, you can log in to your account using your unique credentials and access real-time information about your consigned items. This includes details such as the item’s sale status, pricing, and location within the store. Additionally, you can view your sales history, including the date of sale and sale price, and track their outstanding payouts.
If you choose not to use the app please remember that Bargain Boutique does not contact you for anything other than payouts. It is your responsibility to know your expiration date on items and anything else regarding your consignment account. Consignment Period:
Bargain Boutique’s consignment period is Forty-five days (45). After 45 days items will expire, and you, the consigner, are responsible for picking up expired items on the next business day, or the items become the property of Bargain Boutique. If you are choosing to come and pick up your expired items, it is your responsibility to find them on the sales floor and check them out at the POS station with an employee so they can be marked in our software as “picked up.” We also strongly suggest you download the Ricochet GO app, as we do not contact you for your expiring items. The app will start notifying you a week out that your items are expiring. If you call prior to coming in, the staff can print you off a list of your items still in stock to help you with this responsibility. The staff is not responsible for locating your items on the sales floor.

- Items must be thoroughly cleaned, wrinkle-free, and in excellent/like new condition.
- Items must be in-season
- Shoes must have clean soles.
- All products will be inspected by our staff to uphold our quality standards.
- Bargain Boutique has the final say on all items put onto the sales floor.
What items are allowed to be sold?
At Bargain Boutique, we take great pride in offering our customers high-quality, gently used items at affordable prices. To ensure that your inventory meets our standards, we require that all consignors adhere to the following expectations:
- All items must be free from rips, stains, damage, and signs of wear.
- Items must be thoroughly cleaned, wrinkle-free, and in excellent/like new condition.
- Items must be in-season
- Shoes must have clean soles.
- All products will be inspected by our staff to uphold our quality standards.
- Bargain Boutique has the final say on all items put onto the sales floor.
What happens to my unsold items?
If your items do not sell at the end of the agreement period ___________________ it is the consigner’s responsibility to find them on the sales floor, check them out at the POS, and pick up the expired items that they do not wish to become Bargain Boutique’s store inventory. Items that have “ended contract” and not been picked up become the property of Bargain Boutique. We will have the right to sell them on the sales floor.
What is the policy on Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items?
Bargain Boutique is dedicated to ensuring that the inventory is organized and secure at our store. We have invested in consignment software, POS systems, and custom shopping tags that will separate your inventory from other seller’s inventory. Though we have and will continue to institute security procedures, Bargain Boutique is not financially responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged items, including failed transactions. We also are not responsible for fire, smoke, water, or other natural disaster damages. If you have questions regarding specific inventory items please reach out to us.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds period at Bargain Boutique, for booth reservations or store purchases.
Management Discretion:
Bargain Boutique reserves the right to remove Seller’s items for any reason at any time.
